Hi All
Im ready to send the Woolwich my lba but am unsure as to which address.
All previous i have sent to the Churchill Place address but it seems that it is being redirected to the po box addy at Bexleyheath
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks
Send your lba to the Churchill address as this is the registered Head Office address of Barclays bank plc.
If they do not respond positively/within your time frame to your LBA obviously the next stage is filing a claim and again, you will be naming Barclays Bank plc on the claim and again Churchill is the address you will be citing for delivery of the court papers.
Don't be concerned that they may be redirecting internally (currently I have three different sections of Barclays/Woolwich corresponding with me). You may still get letters in the interim coming from lots of different addresses and some on Barclays headed paper, some on Woolwich.
For the purposes of responding to specific qeuries, offers etc that you may or may not get, by all means respond to the person signing the letter and use their department and address. For the purposes of pursuing your claim via the courts, be consistent in sending all of it (registered mail) to Churchills.
