Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I recently applied for car finance and was "accepted" by Netcars. I found a car I liked and paid the £99 admin fee (which wasn't included on their website, the sales person just dropped this bombshell on me at the last minute), now I think they're buggering me about.
No loan docs ever turned up at my house, after days of badgering I finally got them emailed to me. Now nothing is happening, i've left messages and numerous emails to the sales person who finally got back to me today saying the lender is worried about me being able to afford the repayments
Can I just tell them to shove it and demand my £99 back?
