Hello everyone
our dpa letter to nat west has been ignored. We dont have an account with them now as we moved to Scotland and we destroyed all statements didnt think we would ever need them. Do we send the 2nd letter now even thou we dont know how much our charges are? Or do I re request statements? We have also sent letters to RBOS here and that is moving along. Advice please kind people
cheers mates ;-)
There is a letter template in the libary re non comliance with your DPAR .You can apply for a court order to make them comply.Have you got any of your statements so you could make an estimate of your charges in the mean time ?

Did you send a cheque with the letter and if so was it cashed? Was the letter sent recorded delivery?
I've seen a few Natwest DPA requests ignored recently and I'm not sure if they're ignoring ones sent non-recorded or just getting snowed under and losing them.
Hi and thank u. No we destroyed everything 4years this month, so we are claiming for the 2yrs prior. I have found the template letter in the library and will get that ongoing.
cheers mate

No cheque sent didnt send it recorded or special delivery. Have given them 60 days to comply. The next letter will go out recorded thou? RBOS have replied the usual standard letters to us so at least they answer.
Getting it printed off right now, thanks for your help.
Why did you give them 60 days ? You only have to give them 40 days ... if you sent our letter template it does state that on it .
