    Default millie micra v woolwich

    Hi
    Can anyone help me ?
I sent my prlim letter to the Woolwich on 24 may recorded delivery,it was received on the 25 may, I was all ready to send the lbaicon to them on the 8th of June ( 14 days later) but received and acknowlegment from them stating they would aim to resolve the matter by the 4 july.
The letter they have sent is dated the 6th of june and they state in it they received the prelim on that date, however their letter haseems to have come from the po box 163,Bexley Heath address and I have posted all my correspondance to their registered office 1 Churchill Place.
What do I do ??? have I left it too late to send them the LBA ????
    Would really appreciate any advice
    Many thanks

Never to late to send the lbaicon.

Always remember that they have 14 days to respond to the prelim letter so stick that and send the LBA, give them another 14 days and if nothing is received back, file your claim with the court.

    Good luck
