Thread: Asking for List of Charges

Could somebody on here please tell me how i would go about asking for a list of charges from my bank over the last 6 years

I am unsure how to work my letter?

Hiya and welcome.... if you have a look in the FAQ's and bank template letters library there is a letter draft for use to obtain (or try and obtain!) your statements / transaction info from the bank. You need to include a payment of £10, send recorded delivery (so they cant pretend they didnt receive it) to the head office/data controller of your bank.

Does this work for Credit Cards too?

yep. you have to change a couple of words but otherwise exactly the same. Once you read the letter all will become clear.
