    Yode

As you are claiming from Eggicon suggest you rename the post Yode v Egg and repost in the Egg section rather than Nat West

I have just spoke to a boy at Natwesticon on the 08000154212 op1 op1 number - took 35 minutes to get an answer! gave up the first time!

Anyway, despite having an email that acknowledges my first letter was received 01/05/07 (I sent it 26/04/07) - they now have a note on my file that the first letter they received was 11/05/07!!! a whopping 2 weeks later than sent - they are such liars! I read him my email that thanked me for the letter received 01/05/07 and he said he didn't know what had happened there but they will not be responding to me until GET THIS>>>> July11th!! I said stick it and raise you the interesticon!

    Cheeky f******.

They probably did receive your letter on or around the 1st May-it more than likely took two weeks to get onto your file.

When I spoke to them they were receiving around 2000 a letters a day.

As such ignore the 11th July date that they have given you-send them the lbaicon.

They have had the lbaicon, I was just thinking about holding out....since many people were getting the full offer after 8 weeks, but if they are going to be so incompetent and prolong the agony I will stick it to them - their 2nd claim from me in just over a week.

Just shows you that their letters about charges are automatically sent by computer, they would never have been able to do it by hand - 2000 letters a day - that is more than I imagined, my heart bleeds

You may get an offer from them after the 8 weeks or you may not.

In order to cover yourself send the claim to the court-if they settle them it can always be cancelled.
