Thread: please help me , i took c@g to court settled now they are thaking me to court

please help me because im really worried
i sent off a clame against c@G i aggreaded a settlement and informed the court that that matter was settled.
i was sent a letter last week that it is going to court to get struck out
i phoned the court and was informed that i had to send a letter, saying that the matter had been resolved, which i did
today i have recieved a letter from the court and c@g saying that the court date has been moved to 20thjune and they are going to get it struck out and are going to get the costs against me
what can i do

missed dd, and the closing fee, i excepted the amount which was 200 short

have just been informed that my letter was recieved as the new date was decided so there was cross wires, its been taken off the court sceduial
