Default SENT OFF FIRST LETTER TODAY!!

Have sent off letter requesting acount charges/statements....feel slightly nervous if it goes all the way to court - will await a response.
After reading lots of info on this site I do not seem to have come across (in lloydstsbicon section) many if any people that have got there money back either before or after court (would be great to know about anybody that has).

ANY HELP, ADVICE OR GENERAL INFORMATION WILL BE GREATLY RECIEVED!!

There may be other settled claims but Mummc v Lloydsicon in the litigation section is listed as settled.

I sued Lloydsicon about 3 or 4 years ago and they caved in before filing a defence.
I threatened them with the same treatment a couple of years ago and they caved in before I even issued the claim.

If the banks know that these charges are unlawful and so does everybody else how can they still be getting away with it?

Like other institutions I could mention, they play on your ignorance of the law.

I'm hoping this will be the last time I ever pay these bank charges!
    (£70.00) this month

Could anybody tell me that if a claim is successful do the bank reduce future charges or do you have to go through the whole process again?

I don't think they will stop charging you until they are forced to by higher authorities!

Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.

I sent my first letter off a couple of days ago by e-mail. Got a reply saying it has been referred to the manager at Birmingham and then got an e-mail today from David Just that you all seem to be getting - some standard letter they issue out to all their customers that try to claw back these excessive charges. Am awaiting the details of the charges I have accrued over the last 6 yearsicon before sending them a letter threatening legal action in 14 days if they havent refunded them. Is this the right process? - would be grateful of any advice or guidance on this matter as it is quite daunting!! :?
