    Default Nadirish v A&L

    Hi Everyone,

I have received in the post a notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing).

It states that the jdge has considered the statements of case and allocation questionnaireicon filed and allocated the claim to the small claims track. The date they have given is end of July.

The only thing i;m wondering about here is that i haven't been told to complete an allocation questionnaire, i've had no futher correspndance from my local court since they sent me a letter to acknowledge my claim when it had been transferred from Northampton.

Is anyone else not had to prepare this nor pay any extra money?? i thought there was a further sum to pay after the initial £120 for moneyonline?1?!

    Thanks everyone xx

This is not unusual it seems that AQs are being dispensed with as there have been so many cases and the issues are the same in all.

    Good luck

It is highly likely they will settle at some point before the Court date. However All&Pester will delay things as long as they possibly can, they will make you low offers and try to put you off.

Stick with it and you will get the settlement - do not give them the satisfaction of keeping some of our money.

Once settled make a wasted costs claim - you will find all you need for this in the library
