Hope someone can help, I have heard back from the court and they have issued a stay till August 1st for this case against Lloyds TSB. Trying to find the relevant paperwork to down load to have this lifted. I am getting in a bit of a panic as they have given us 7 days from the recipt of our letter. Which means I have to send it on Monday, and it doesn't help when BT have an external fault on our phone line and we have no internet access for 48 hrs. Brilliant!!
Anyway thankfully as of this am we are up and running! Getting back to the question in hand is there anyone that can help!
