You look well under control with your claim. Good luck.

Is there any common precedent with Mint Claims?

I mean in the sense that nearly everyone in the Abbeyicon forum has to get as far as submitting a court bundle before they get any sort of reasonable offer so i wondered if there is a common stage where mint are settling.

    thanks

On Saturday i got a GOGW offer of £219.42 , i have decided to reject this and will be sending a lbaicon off tomorrow.

Is it worth phoning them first to see if i can get a better offer??

If they are offering you a token gesture of £219.42. It will be totally uneconomic for them to take it much further. So hang in for your full amount. Good luck.

    Hi Colpac

Have you submitted the MCOL yet? I have sent the lbaicon having rejected their repeated offer. If so I would be interested to see the wording used ands any response. Good luck

They have responded today by saying that the offer of £219.42 still stood and i was to consider as there final offer.
I will be rejecting it and sending the MCOL next week as soon as i get paid.

As long as you are happy with the result that is all that matters. Congratulations and good luck.
