    Default Help... settlement figure 1/2 of original claim...what next

    Hi please if anyone could help i would like some advice, i sent my original letter to the royal Bank of Scotlandicon on the 15th march, i recived my acknowledgement letter exactly 14 days later. i rang after 2 weeks and they told me they had 8 weeks to respond anyway, 9 1/2 weeks and many phone callsicon later i recieved a settlemant figure. My original claim was for £6050, and the offer is £3189. Obviously i'm not very happy about this, anyway my question is what should i do now as i don't want to accept i want their offer obviously i want the full amount which they owe me. Is there a particular letter that i should send or simply call them and recieve more delay tactics. If there is a letter i should sent i would be greatful if somone could post it up for me....HELP in tired of waiting for my money.
