hi,everyone,gone through the process SAR,then letter asking for repayment,they offered me the differance between the £12.00 and £25.00 fees,sent rejection letter,and just got reply back saying they wont pay me the full amount cos i was aware of there t&c,so it looks like im going to file a ni at the court next week,i feel somehow nervous about these people,i dont know why,i won with the Halifax,so i dont know why i feel like this,wish me luck
hi,ive had a part offer that i have rejected,soim now filling in a N1 form,can anyone tell me how to work out the daily rate,that it says at the bottom of POC,please in simple terms,im a bit thick

hi,just an update on my claim,i went to the small claims office 26th july to file for judgement as they had untill 25th to reply,and i hadnt heard anything,then this morning got notice of intenet to defend from Barclays dated 27th,shucks,i thought id won
