    Default Wiggins v Halifax

Hey ho here we go again...

Sent prelim to Halifaxicon, got letter saying how sorry they were blah blah blah.
and that they have 8 weeks etc,
Anyway I gave them 14 days then sent L.B.A.
Got letter today saying that my complaint is being declined and that all charges are correctly justified etc.

Money claim next again I suppose

Hello again all. Got a small problem.
I have received notice from the local court giving Halifaxicon till 21 july. Problem is i have today received a letter from halifax offering a GOGW payment being Full and finalicon blah blah blah.
As the notice of issue has been served, and i have incurred £50 charge from MCOL, do i leave it in the hands of the court or contact halifax and advise them of what is happening.

    Not a problem..

You could give Halifaxicon a call and tell them you will settle for the full amount including your interesticon and court fees, they seem to be settleing a few claims this way.

If they say no, then let the claim run. You are almost there.

    Its coming your way!!!!

    Great news!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-
