Default Lloyds second Win and MCOL V N1

    Hi,

Now that Lloydsicon have won a second time, is it perhaps advisable to file an N1 in order to submit a more substantial claim ?

Secondly, having been one of the many recipients of 750, do I now deduct this from the final figure and the schedule of charges, and does the interesticon stay the same ? (I don't see how I can do new spreadsheets and randomly deduct 750).

And finally .. would it be a suitable tactic, that should Lloyds enter a defenceicon, to then drop the court claim and go to the FO, as an much safer option ?

Many thanks for all those who can advise appropriately,

    VM

    vmac,
I think I will answer you in reverse order, by dropping your claim you are doing exactly what ltsbicon want you to do. Not sure how the fosicon can help us out individually, the way to get your charges back at the moment is the court route
As their defence is that the charges are for a service, once you get to court, you provide your substantial evidence in your court bundle, if you drop your claim you obviously won't be able to do this.
I'm sure someone will be able to help you out on the goodwill paymenticon, I have read that once your claim has been settled,(like 1000's of others) [problem] work out the interesticon and costs, happy to be corrected
Hope this helps in some way.

    Hi Remus,
Thanks for this - Thing is, once a case has been to court (and rejected?) the FOS won't look at it. I guess I'm feeling nervous and thinking that should Lloydsicon enter a defenceicon i could then drop the case and take it to FOS to cover myself - are you with me ? I've just got this feeling that knowing my luck with Lloyds (and that the amount I'm claiming for is similar to those who have lost), that I will be failed case No.3!

    What is [problem] ?

    VM

    Hi,
    Re: Kevboy_telford Vs Lloydsicon
