    Default Ffluff vs LloydsTSB

    Hi All,

My MCOL action against lloydstsbicon began and was acknowledged by
SC&M with only one day left. They then had an additional 14 days before I could go for a judgement.

Well today, without any notice or further advice from the solictors, the full amount (£1400) i claimed has been deposited in my account!

What do I need to do now? Presumably I need to notify MCOL, but is there anything else I need to do?

It just goes to show how inconsistent their approach is on a case by case basis and how worth it is to keep going with your claim..

    Thanks

You will need to notify the court that the claims has been settled in full by ltsbicon so that they can stop any further action.

Then go and enjoy the money!
