How many HSBC cases have gone to court in the last 6 months?

Does anyone know?

Not cases that have been given a court date but cases where the claimant has actually attended the final court hearing.

I'd like to know.

You are right robbie! I was wrong! I concede defeat!
I was really just thinking of cases where dg had turned up to fight the case rather than default wins due to a no-show!

he won - the judge asked him if he had any problems parking - then awarded judgment - took about 1min 30 sec.
four were scheduled - only he showed up - shame for the others - can't have been with CAG icon

- we teach no fear!!!!!

You are right james, but even if it did get there, I doubt DG would show up to defend!
