Have you got an old set of terms and conditionsicon stashed away somewhere?

We are looking for any sets of T&C's, and also any correspondence, documents, or leaflets published by the CYN banks particularly if they refer to their charges as - "Penalties", "defaults", "imposed when you breach your agreement", "exist to cover costs", etc, etc....

As well as account T&C's, card and direct debiticon/standing order ones may also be of interesticon.

This includes business account T&C's as well as personal.
