Just a quick question about my DPA request.
I sent this in May and it was recieved by a&l on 16/05 and the £10 cheque has been cashed. As i am locking horns with Citicard at the moment i have over looked the fact i didn't recieve a reply about my request. Is anyone else in this position?
There is a lba template in the libary if the banks have not complied with the DPAR .It gives them a further 7 days to comply if they do not comply within the 7 days then you can apply for a court order to make them
