confusion regarding jargen
my case has now been sent out from the online court, to my local court aparantly in caernarfon?
i was sent through a questionaire which i was advised on a reply , i have recieved a responce from the court saying, and i quote' the filing of an allocation questionnaire be despensed with in this case unless the district judge at the court of trainfer orders otherwise.
any party affected by this order may under rule 3.3 apply to have it set asidevaried or stayed such a party must apply under rule 23.3 within 14 days of survice of this order.
my question is does this meen that the horrible questionaire from cobblets not be taken into account ?
