Question Court- Judge to assess claim amount

I have ( on behalf of my dad) to go to court on Friday for the amount of the small claimicon to be assessed. The A&L have not submitted a defence and a decree was issued stating the respondent will receive an amount to be assessed by the judge. I am assuming we will need to bring all bank statement but am unsure what other info to bring, i cited the case law as per the CAGicon template is it sufficient to be able to explain the cases or do we need to bring something more specific?

Two options you either prepare a court bundle guidance as in the libraries - be prepared for anything!

And/Or phone the Court speak to one of the Clerks and ask them what the Judge is looking for ......................... ..........

    Good luck keep us posted

There is no such thing as impossible; only the degree of difficulty required to achieve the desired outcome.
