Court- Judge to assess claim amount
to be assessed. The A&L have not submitted a defence and a decree was issued stating the respondent will receive an amount to be assessed by the judge. I am assuming we will need to bring all bank statement but am unsure what other info to bring, i cited the case law as per the CAG
template is it sufficient to be able to explain the cases or do we need to bring something more specific?
