    Exclamation 7 Week old car on hp

    Heya i was wandering if any one could help me, i bought a brand new grande punto on hp 7 weeks ago, within the first week i had a water leak in the boot which was fixed under warrenty, the day after the leak was fixed the rear heated screen stopped working, i have waited 5 weeks for repair and the last friday 2nd june 07, i got told that the rear screen couldnt be fixed!! i then got a phone callicon saying the parts for my car are in and they was awaiting the vehicle!! the problem is, i DONT want this vehicle now due to it breaking down alot! there is also a noise from under the engine bay which fiat say is normal!! i want to hand this vehicle back!1 how can i do it!! please help

    Hi antony

    Having never bought a new car I am not 100% sure, but I beleive that it is possible to reject the vehicle within a reasonable time.

    I am guessing that you need to write to the dealership rejecting the car and also the HP company, I would advise that you give detailed reasons for the rejection adn then go from there.

    Not sure if I am allowed to say this on here but have a look at the What Car website, they should have all the info you need..
