Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Apologies if this has been dealt with somewhere else - there is sooo much information on here. Barclaycard have now entered a defence to my claim via the MCOL website. The claim is for £990 Charges, £300 interest and £120 court fee. It is now being transferred to a local county court. What I am interested in is;
1. Do Barclaycard Lawyers show up in court?
2. Do most people accept the partial payment offers Barclaycard give?
3. Has anyone lost (against Barclaycard) in court?
4. Do you win by default if they don't show up (unless the judge quizzes you and takes law into own hands as in Berwick case)
