Hi All,

Apologies if this has been dealt with somewhere else - there is sooo much information on here. Barclaycard have now entered a defence to my claim via the MCOL website. The claim is for £990 Charges, £300 interesticon and £120 court fee. It is now being transferred to a local county courticon. What I am interested in is;

1. Do Barclaycard Lawyers show up in court?
2. Do most people accept the partial payment offers Barclaycard give?
3. Has anyone lost (against Barclaycard) in court?
4. Do you win by default if they don't show up (unless the judge quizzes you and takes law into own hands as in Berwick case)

Appreciate your help on this matter,
