Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I take you have read all the FAQS, libraries and various threads. Your case will take similar steps. Timescales all depend upon the Court and All&Pesters wriggling and delaying tactics.
Stick to the process and eventually they will pay out, ignore all their bluffing to get you to settle early for a reduced amount.
Good luck
There is no such thing as impossible; only the degree of difficulty required to achieve the desired outcome.

I returned a cheque for £426 to A&L last Friday. They were trying to part settle before court. What is likely to happen next?
Anyone any idea of timescales - this is all new to me!
A+L owe me £1187, however they offered me £450 after I made a small claim on money online, I returned the cheque with a rejection letter 9 days ago, I have still heard nothing, I wonder what will happen!?
