Hi i,m currently taking Lloyds through the courts to get my cash back and i,m waiting for my court date.I want to open a parachute account just in case they get childish and close my account.Do i have to get my wages paid into the parachute account and transfer all my dd's ect.most of the current accounts i've looked at seem to need at least £1000 a month paid in to them to qualify for opening an account, is there a way round this cos i would prefer to keep things as they are at the minute but i understand the importance of having a parachute account to fall back on.any recomendations will be gratefully recieved.thanks
If you have a fairly basic account such as a Natwest Step account there is no requirement for X amount to go in per month.
Other banks do very similar accounts for example Woolwich and Nationwide.
