    Question partial offer from alliance and leicester

    can i accept partial offer from a and l but write and say i will be pursuing them through the court for the remainder .they have offered roughly a third ,the gist of their 2 page letter is they are basing their offer on payment of £12 charges are lawful.they also say they they will keep operating my account even though i have complained against them-i have not banked with them for 2 years!!
