    Default Letter from Cobetts

    Hi

    Have just received the standard letter from the RBSicon solicitors acknowledging their service - What should or will happen next - RBS had until 6th June to defend - how long do they now have?

    Hi

    Cobbetts now have 28 days from the date of service of your claim to file a defenceicon at court. They will normaly file on the 27th day with a fairly standard defence.
