please please help!!! barclaycard have put in a defence and the claim has been transfered to my area in London. However:
1. the court states that they are dispensing with the allocation questionnnaire!! why is that??
2.does anybody know the procedure?
3. No date has been set as yet.
I am still awaiitng a small portion of my statements from barclaycard, but i know how many charges from the telephone conversations i had.
4, what will i need to defend my claim? i know i need t&cs for barclaycard, so if anyone has them please let me know.
5.very worried at this stage.

Everything you need is in the guidance notes section at the welcome to our forum page ( sorry i dont know how else to guide you there) Try not to worry ..Im no expert but i think the courts are dispensing with the AQs because they know the banks are just clogging up the court system and are not going to defend in court. I believe it just speeds things along ..There are some amazingly helpful people on here so just keep asking and somebody with answers to your questions will pick you up soon..Good luck...
The allocations questionaire is nothing just asks you to tick a few boxes and send in a copy of the charges nothing to worry about, they were ment to send me one but its gone to court without it.
