my beautiful MGF hada problem with the cooling system so booked it into a gerage i hadent used before, after looking at the engine the said it neaded a new clip and cooling pipe £117 inclusive, it would be ready at the end of the day, i recieved no phone call, so at 5.30 rang every one had gone home, i had to get a bus and a train £5.00 in total.
i phoned the next day i was told to come and pick it up, so left and got there buy public transport by 9 so i could go to work for 10.30, i was told when i got there that the part wasent in and i should come back at the end of the day, the car would be delivered to me at no extra cost, by this time i had missed my start of work, the garage never contacted me again, so i kept phoning , by 10pm i knew they wornt delivering the car to me.
to cut a long story short, i phoned approximatly 65 timess over 3 days i got my car 3 days late they tryed to charge my twice, by saying my card had been denied, i encurred £30 in public transport and taxi costs, i lost a days wages,
