Dont panic ring the court and tell them you have only just recieved notice of the date. They should allow you to submit the bundle still. Tell them you will submit the bundle on Tuesday.

One more question, if the bank decides to settle before case how will I know? Will they ring me or send me a letter?
Thank you.

I would call the bank and ask them if they wish to settle.
