    Hello, I need help! Just received a polite 'get lost' letter from Nationwideicon after following the 'seek statements, send downloadable letter' process from the site. Any ideas on where to go next? I moan.

    Cool Re: Nationwide Brick Wall

    I sent off my £10 to Nationwideicon 77 days ago! I'm still waiting and they haven't even acknowledged... so I'm now formally complaining to the Information Commissioner, and copying to the Financial Ombudsmanicon and senior executives at Nationwide (whose own website buries the names deep in its Corporate Governance area and refuses to give out any email addresses).

    Incidentally, as a first-timer to CAGicon, I don't seem able to find out how and where to send a New Post!
