I sent a slightly agressive secure message to smile a couple of nights ago as they had failed to comply with my SAR. They send me partial information but not the full 6 years. I messaged them and told them that they had been completley unreasonable and that I had already reported them to the information commisioner. I said that I felt they had acted unlawfully etc etc and that as a gesture of goodwill they should repay all charges taken from me as I fully intended to pursue them for the full amount.
£1300 has been credited to my account today! - Im totally in shock!
