    Default sarahsue V RBOS help!

    Hi any adivce would be great. Received statements (from same address below), sent prelim letter and lbaicon to the following address

    The Royal Bank Of Scotland
    Retail Regulatory Risk
    2nd Floor
    The Cornerstone
    60 South Gyle Crescent
    SouthGylePark
    Edinburgh EH12 9WF

    Is this the right address as I have not heard a thing, is this usual for RBOS? They have till Monday to respond but worried as not heard anything so therefore think must have gone to wrong address. Letters were sent recorded and not come back to me. Any advice woudl be great

    Hi sarahsue

    The address is fine and if you have sent your letters recorded delivery then you will be ok.

    I am now waiting for a court date with RBSicon and in all that time have only ever had two letters from them, both photocopies of a template letter "" thank you for your recent letter, we will get back to you next christmas blah blah blah.........".

    Just keep to your timetable and eventually you will hear from Cobbetts, their solicitors.
