can i make a second claim against natwest ***WON***

hi all after a successful victory against Natwest icon

to reclaim charges earlier this year, i now find myself with yet another £519 of charges in the last three months

. Again with exactly the same circumstances of one or two unpaid items putting my whole financial situation into a downward spiral with charges being the source of more charges. I have written a preliminary letter six weeks ago and followed this up with a letter before action icon

both of which have been ignored.More charges have been added since the letters.Is it possible to make a second claim against them or am i wasting my time. If it is possible, do i have to write another LBA with the new amount?

standard advice is to start again from the prelim stage. You shoud remind tham of your recent win though, that way they will know that youare definitely not kidding.

They might also threaten to close your account so be prepared.

Welcome back ,reesdance1. Its your monney taken unlawfully from your acount and you have alegal right to claim it back. So what are you waiting for.

Thanks parky wish it was under better circumstances but hey justice is calling me back yet again, so heres to another victory. I think i may start the process again with a preliminary letter and the new total of charges,trouble is i cant seem to stay ahead of them quick enough before they slam me with another charge.What i am learning is to have the ability to stay one step ahead of the banks at all times,one slip or turn your back for a mo and your dead meat

i would just like to say after some time off line due to house moving and tempermental pc's that i have won a second claim against nasty vest after sending the lba icon
