Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have read the FAQ's and I'm sure someone here will point me to this question having been answered already somewhere, for which I'll be thankful, but... when it comes to filling in the moneyclaim online forms, when it comes to the Defendant Details (IE the Abbey's details, address etc) what details does one use? Is it the head office address, the complaints department address etc? Does anyone have the actual address details?
Any help much appreciated before I burn my bridges with this bank
