    Hi

Can someone give me some advice please?

I sent my letter requesting my unlawfull charges back on Tuesday 29th May. As expected Halifaxicon have turned down my request, should i give them the 14 days on the letter or should I just start court procedings now.

Also Halifax mentioned the recent two court cases that went against the claimant as confirmation that their charges are fair. I think I really need to make sure my application to court is pretty tight.....I also intend to be there in court if need be.

    Thanks in advance DeadD

You sent the 'prelim' + Spreadsheet on 29th May? That was quick!

Check out 'lbaicon' stage - that's next.

Do your homework - you should be sure at each stage about what you are doing. Read a few Halifaxicon threads ... make notes, plan.
