Please can you help. I have received a letter from Egg who have taken 208 pounds from me on charges. This is in reply to a letter from me asking for my bank charges and they have said that becauser they reduced their fee from 20 pounds to 16 pounds that the OFT have made them exempt from refunding fees and they have offered me the difference of 4 pounds refund for every charge they took before they reduced their fee from 20 to 16. They have said that this is a gesture of good will as Full and final setlement and that they will withdraw it if I do not accept. Please can you help me with this.
