    Unhappy Contact details for RBOS CC operations Southend ??

    Im trying desparately to get through to the department dealing with claims at the credit card operations (customer care team at RBOS in southend.

    does anybody have any contact information, i.e. email addres or direct phone number ??

    they keep stating that they do not deal with disputes over the phone and i cannot get to speak with anyone

    Customer helpline number is 0870 900 2468. You may be able to glean and email address or snail mail address from them to help you with your query.
