    Smile Result from RBS

    Smiles all round as I received full settlement from RBSicon for just under £1k's charges. Happy day - no quibbles - as long as I keep quiet!! So having started the court process and their response to defend - got a cheque in full. Good luck to all of you out there, now just waiting for one from Barclaysicon too!

    Hi Mickey, hope you don't mind me asking but how long after making the court claim did they defend, as on other threads it was the day before their time was up, and how long from then did you recieve the dosh? Thanks and congrats.
