hi
just sorting out the schedule of charges to send of to court to go with MCOL 1 charge gone over the 6 yrs . we amended the MCOL but its still on the schedule of charges do we cross it off and put accompying letter with it to explain why or do we re -do the list and amend page total to match MCOL.
also another problem ,we always go into our over draught each month will this make a difference to the claim when it gets to court or not
sorry to keep pestering but dont want to muck up anything and jepordise claim at court
thanks very much for any help offered gilly
I would re-do the list using the spraedsheet from here.
This will then show you how much s69 8% interest is that you're not claiming. On £5000 this is likely to be £600+ and would be worth amending your claim once it has been transferred to your local court
does it matter if in the prelimnary letter & lba sent to A&L we included the charge of over 7yrs in error
can we still delete this on our schedule to send to court as the amount claimed for will be different to A&Ls amount on request letters (only by £27.50 though) if we do delete it will we need to imform A&L Aas to why the amounts are different
or as its only one charge can we leave it until a later date when we have to present our court bundle & then rectify it
again many thanks
gilly

What you claimed for in the prelim and LBA letters are irrelevant. It's what you filed for that matters
