interesticon is disregarded for allocation purposes to Small Claims track. As long as just the charges are under £5000 it will still be small claims

I would re-do the list using the spraedsheet from here.

This will then show you how much s69 8% interesticon is that you're not claiming. On £5000 this is likely to be £600+ and would be worth amending your claim once it has been transferred to your local court

    Use the Simple S/S here:

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...eadsheets.html

See here for a visual guide:
    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...html#post50088

When entering your charges, don’t delete anything first. Just overwrite the existing examples: type of charge, amount and date.

The ‘Days Since’ and ‘8% Interest’ columns will be calculated automatically

Save it and print a copy. Then delete/hide the last 2 columns (8% bits) and print out as your schedule of charges and send that to MCOL

Then if you decide later to amend the claim, you already have the 8% worked out

does it matter if in the prelimnary letter & lbaicon sent to A&L we included the charge of over 7yrs in error

can we still delete this on our schedule to send to court as the amount claimed for will be different to A&Ls amount on request letters (only by £27.50 though) if we do delete it will we need to imform A&L Aas to why the amounts are different
or as its only one charge can we leave it until a later date when we have to present our court bundle & then rectify it
    again many thanks
    gilly

    No

What you claimed for in the prelim and LBA letters are irrelevant. It's what you filed for that matters
