I cannot access the spreadsheet link from either the "simple guide to reclaiming bank charges " or from the alternate library/list link on the RHS of the screen.
have you had a look at the sticky "cant find what your looking for"
If you follow the links in there for spreadhseets you will see the ones that are not working and so you can select another
