    Hi, nob.

county courticon Fee for that amount is £80. You should have a look in the A & L Forum, and start a thread of your own. People dealing with them will help you. Read all the F.A.Q.s and Step-By-Step Instructions before starting your claim, saves making costly mistakes. As Rory says did you also send them a Breakdown of charges with your first letter. If so and you have sent them your letter before actionicon, giving them 14 days to comply and that time has passed, you should then start your court claim. If you don't have the cash, just wait until you have, don't think it will make much difference to your claim. You will just be skint that wee bit longer.

    Best wishes.

    Regards.

    Scott.

p.s. you don't add the interesticon until you go to court.

    nob,

Hi and welcome to the CAGicon site

You've definately taken the first step into claiming back what's rightfully yours.

Spend time reading the FAQ's and the Step by Step guide as this will stop you making mistakes along the way. Use the letters and spreadsheets in the templates libraryicon as these have all been tried and tested in successful claims. Read as many threads as you can especially ones that relate to your bank. This is a SELF HELP site and won’t do the work involved for you. However, everything you need is on here somewhere.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions, no matter how stupid they may seem, but please remember that any advice that you receive is normally based on experience only and that you should seek expert advice if required.

Once you start the process of your claim remember to open a thread in the relative bank forum, this will enable you, and others helping you, to keep track of your claim.

    Good luck with your claim
