I phoned to Courts to check on claim, and they confirmed that they have not yet had a response.
They advised, owing to Courts being closed on Bank holiday and Tuesday, to defer filing a request for judgment until Friday.
If anybody wants an answer to my iniitial question though, ordinarily you must wait until the day after the stipulated defence response deadline to file.
Judgement Day
has until tomorrow to respond to N1 submission.
