Hi All
Just some advice needed please I am just sending our MCOL off on Tuesday, but i have suddenly realised on the list of charges i have sent to the A&L with my prevoius letters (int'l letter ,lba) That the first charge i listed is from 27/12/2000 for £27.50 (this was on the statements i asked for from the last 6 years.) This charge is older than 6 years.
The question is when filling out the particulars of the claim on the MCOL, do i state "SINCE 10/05/2001" as this would be my next oldest charge, and then amend my final claim figure(-27.50)
Also do i put a line through this charge and sign above it, and amend the final claim figure accordingly on the list of charges when sending these off to the court and A&L solicitors(Wraggle&Haggle )
Also will a line and signing be sufficient?
Thanks any advice would be appreciated

can they still rule in our favour?
if so do A&l still have to pay up?
