After 6 years of pouring money into my RBS student/graduate account, I feel myself about £1700 short. However... I don't know for sure so it's SAR time.
I had a Natwest account which I closed over 6 years ago. I was charged fortunes on this one. I am confident in claiming back from more than 6 years ago. The question is how to do it properly.
Should I send one SAR to RBS Credit Management Services (they control my account now, not my branch) as they are merged with NatWest? With one £10 payment? Or should I deal with my NatWest and my RBS accounts separatly? I suspect separatly but I think I need some advice on this. Vengeance should be swift and above all accurate!
