Thread: john vs barclaycard

hi all sent a s a r off to barclay card (unfortunately i cannot find account number) they sent a letter back saying that if the account is closed any info will not be available i have sent all the information they need what else can i do by the way the account is closed

wehn did you close the card, if it's inside the last 6 years they MUST have the information. It's the law!

Sound like they are fobbing you off. Keep on at them.

hi just received a gesture of good will of 100 pound even though they sat they cannot find my account number i no there was not that much in charges i will say that i have won what do you think

What if you are owed a lot more?
I personally would continue to get ALL of your charges.

i have decided to decline it but they are saying that they cannot find the account number and it was only closed in 2004
