Is it possible to download statements from online banking at A&L for last 2 years?
Enquiring for a friend of mine, they are not on the internet at the moment, are with A&L are thinking of requesting charges back, just wondering if anyone with an A&L account who has an online account, or access online to their account could tell me if its possible to get the last two years of statements online (and can then download and print them)...

i tried this and ended up getting one replacement statement and they charged me £5 for the pleasure even though i rang them immediatly to say it was an error due to their complex new look site!!
Refund refused!! but then they didnt cash the £10 for my statements requested/sent - interesting enough the charge for the £5 took my account over drawn as its an account i had left dormant for over 12 months with a £1 in - did they charge me fees??? nope!!!
