I originally posted in another thread, as I didn't know what to do? I would like to thank all the people who replied.
I have had my bank statement copies and have put in my claim for excess charges. A&L have rejected this.
Is there a strandard letter anywhere on the site which I can use, or should I just write rejecting their information and insist on payment in full 14 days from my original claim? They cannot now do this because 11 days have already gone.
