hi everyone,is it normal for a bank to immediately make an offer without me even sending in my charges schedule?i rang up woolwich to request my 6 yrs statements.the lady on the phone gave me a case number and promised to pass on my request.Next day i receive a letter from woolwich(the usual rubbish)that they aim to resolve my grievance by the 13/06.i rang back to inform them that i will be claiming my charges so what are they aiming to do on the 13/06.she said either i will be made an offer or the statements will have been despatched.any advice will be appreciated
