Hi All - a quick question - claim is for under £700 & have had notice that the aq has been dispensed with - but I'm still being asked for a £100 allocation fee?
I've just checked the HM Court Service website as well as on here & it shows that for claims up to £1500 there is no allocation fee - do you think that the court have made an error on this one?
Should I call them on Tuseday to query it? Or should I just pay it & add it to my claim?
